Everyone has something they inevitably return to, regardless of their plans. For me, that's teaching.
I love witnessing the transformation of my students - undergraduates and executives alike - as we progress through a course, regardless of its length or format. Teaching gives me flow because no two sessions are the same and I keep learning from my students. Learning is an exchange. We grow together. If we don't, someone isn't putting in the effort. I cannot teach well without my students' commitment, and they cannot learn without mine.
My teaching philosophy centres on fostering an engaging, dynamic, and inclusive learning environment in which students are empowered to actively participate in their own educational journeys.
I believe that management scholarship and industrial practice should work together to benefit both the academic and business worlds. I aspire to create learning experiences that incorporate emerging technologies, business simulations, industry projects, and flipped classroom methods.
My research on AI, organisational change, and political risk, along with my consulting, policy, and advisory work, keeps my teaching grounded in theoretical rigour and current organisational challenges and inform what and how I teach.
I base my approach to management education on three key pillars:
Experiential learning (learning by doing),
Engaging in enjoyable/fun learning experiences (learning by playing), and
Gaining insights from industry professionals (learning by connecting).
My practice and the pedagogical frameworks I develop reflect this approach.
Currently, I teach term-time undergraduate and postgraduate courses in change management and leadership, and serve as a large-group undergraduate mentor for students on the BSc Management programme at LSE.
Besides the term-time courses, I design and deliver bespoke corporate executive education programmes for C-suite leaders, applying human-centred approaches to technology transformation, summer school programmes and online courses.

Organisations operate in an increasingly complex environment, where change is a constant feature of business life. As generative AI (GenAI) reshapes industries and transforms the way people work, understanding how to manage change and digital transformation becomes increasingly critical. Read more below.
The integration of AI technologies requires significant adjustments to existing workflows, processes, and organisational culture. Change managers play a critical role in facilitating this transition, addressing resistance, fostering stakeholder engagement and ensuring a smooth and sustainable transition. The course blends theory with hands-on learning, using case studies and an interactive simulation game, where you will apply your knowledge by making strategic decisions.
Additionally, you will gain practical experience through a real-life GenAI-focused consultancy project, where you will work in teams to develop a comprehensive organisational change plan for a UK-based organisation and present your recommendations to the organisation’s board as part of your assessment. Rather than focusing on the technical aspects of AI, data management, or machine learning, this course focuses on providing cutting-edge insights and practical skills for effectively managing change.
This course is ideal if you are seeking to understand the fundamentals of organisational change and improve your skills in leading people through their change journey in a landscape where Generative AI is transforming workplace dynamics and organisational structures.
If you are targeting a career in consulting, business management, HR, change management, strategy in the private sector, civil society or the public sector you should consider this course.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Critically evaluate organisational change in the age of GenAI
Design strategic change management approaches
Learn to manage digital transformation, navigate politics, power and stakeholder relations
Assess how GenAI is transforming organisational processes, skills and human dynamics
Equip yourself with practical strategies to address resistance to change and technology
Develop change management competencies

Proposed and designed for mid- to senior-level leaders, this six-month online programme empowers you to assess AI opportunities, build board-ready business cases, and confidently lead AI strategy, without needing a technical background.
In 2024, I identified a critical gap in executive education and created a solution: the AI Leadership programme at LSE. Mid- to senior-level leaders were facing mounting pressure to make strategic decisions about AI, yet existing programmes either assumed technical expertise or offered only superficial overviews.
I designed the six-month online programme from the ground up, developing the curriculum structure, learning outcomes, and pedagogical approach across all four courses. I authored the full management and leadership content for Course One and Course Two.
