Initiated and led a cross-stakeholder survey including all undergraduate and post-graduate students at LSE to examine their experiences of online assessment during the COVID-19 lockdown and in the following period.
The research that I presented to senior leadership provided evidence that directly informed LSE's evolving policy on online assessment during the pandemic, balancing academic integrity with accessibility and student wellbeing in remote learning conditions.

This research study explores the question of AI Readiness by surveying senior leaders across industries globally. The assessment covers six key categories: Data, Governance, People, Customer, Technology and Strategy. Together, these areas provide a comprehensive view of an organisation’s readiness for AI adoption.
The findings will contribute to a scholarly understanding of technology adoption and organisational change while offering practical, evidence-based guidance for leaders responsible for AI integration.
