Currently, I work as an Associate Professor of Management (Education) at the London School of Economics (LSE), where I chair the AI Working Group and serve as the Education Innovation Lead in the Department of Management.
Over the past 20 years, I've worked at the intersection of technology, leadership, and organisational change.
I teach across undergraduate, postgraduate, and executive programmes. I'm passionate about making AI accessible and actionable for leaders at every level.
Beyond the classroom, I've led major EU-funded research projects and co-founded the GENIAL Hub for AI in Education at LSE, which brings together academics, practitioners, and policymakers to shape the future of learning in an AI-enabled world.
I help organisations and leaders navigate the complex challenges of AI adoption and digital transformation.
AI is not a technological but a leadership and change management challenge.
Whether through research, teaching, or advisory work, my goal is to help leaders and organisations build the capabilities and confidence they need to drive meaningful, responsible innovation and transformation.
