AI Readiness: Evaluating the AI Readiness of Global Organisations 

Study's Focus

This research study explores organisations' AI Readiness. 

The AI Readiness Assessment Tool helps organisations assess their AI readiness by reviewing the availability of strategic, operational, and human factors necessary for starting their AI transformation journey; on the other hand, it informs research about the readiness of different types of organisations globally. 

The assessment covers six key categories: Data, Governance, People, Customer, Technology and Strategy. Together, these areas provide a comprehensive view of readiness for AI adoption.

The findings contribute to a scholarly understanding of technology adoption and organisational change while offering practical, evidence-based guidance for leaders responsible for AI integration. 

The AI Readiness Tools was developed by Dorottya Sallai in partnership with Alirity | Data collection: November 2025 – November 2027.

Participation is anonymous and serves purely academic purposes. No data is used for commercial interests. Alirity hosts the survey platform but does not have access to individual-level research data.
